Paella Valenciana - e esta aula de cozinha prática ensina a receita real, não um substituto suave. Aprenda a fazer paella autêntica com produtos sazonais dos campos próprios de Valência, a maneira como os chefs locais a aperfeiçoaram por gerações. Sem atalhos. Apenas técnica autêntica de chefs valencianos que cresceram fazendo isso. Sua experiência começa no Mercado Ruzafa, uma jóia do bairro onde os moradores compram ingredientes frescos - longe das multidões do Mercado Central. Em seguida, junte-se ao nosso workshop de pequenos grupos para dominar os segredos: selecionar os melhores vegetais sazonais e carne ou frutos do mar - alcançar o socarrat perfeito (a preciosa crosta de arroz crocante), usando arroz Albufera dos campos próprios de Valência, e equilibrar o zafrão como um Pró. Enquanto sua paella esfriar, desfrute de um workshop de fabricação de sangria e provar tapas tradicionais. Então sente-se para festejar sua criação com vinho local, salada, mistela e sobremesa caseira.

Excellent cooking class where you learn what ingredients to buy at the market and the how to cook paella. It was very educational to learn how the seasonings and the foods are used. Also sangria and jamon, cheese and potato tapa are served while you are cooking. Also water is available. The chefs speak English very well and were very friendly. Dont hesitate and book this class.
Very nice to do. Highly recommended. You'll all go to the Mercat first to do the shopping. Then with the group first a Sangria workshop. Then you will make the paella with a smaller group from A to Z. You'll get tapas in between. At the end of the day, you'll all have dinner and the day will end with dessert. The staff at My First Paella are doing a great job and speak good English!!
A good learning experience about Paella cooking and local customs. A fun time with a mixed group of people. A tasty meal at the end with generous alcoholic and soft drinks.
