We enjoyed the City Tour with our quide Vishnu I will give him the 5 star. But for the other 2 tours both are 1 star. The Desert Safari the guide spoke hindu 99% of the time when we signed up for an english guide. He has no interest whatsoever to help his customers very bad. The Dhow dinner cruise the food was not good at all the boat has 2 levels we are not allowed to go to 2nd level to take pictures apparantly it’s a premium accom. This should be properly disclose in the description so the customer can decide whether or not they are willing to pay extra for being premium. Because it was so hard to take picture if you are on the 1st level. In my opinion I will not book any package like this trio package in the future because the actual services that you are getting is different from what was described when you are booking the tour. For the money that we paid Nakita Tours I think we should have been given the premium tours. Don’t be fool there are other better choices out there just keep on looking.

Navita tours is amazing. I booked tours for my parents(70 and 68) who visited Dubai for 5 days. Daily pick up and drop off was provided from their hotel. IBIS styles dubai airport. The guides were amazing as well as the drivers. Tour coordinator Nishant Sharma was also great. Dhow Marina cruise was a classic one and they served excellent buffet in both Dhow as well as Desert Safari. My parents really loved all the tours
It was good the service is unexpected they are very kind they give us very good guidance without them our journey is nothing
