Durante o jantar, você provará produtos locais típicos, como friso crunchy, queijos locais, panzerotti deliciosos e, claro, a orecchiette que você preparou juntos. Tudo é acompanhado por três copos de vinho local, para uma verdadeira viagem aos sabores do Salento.

Meeting Fabio and Silvia was a real pleasure. Seeing the orecchiette being made by hand was a truly pleasant experience. It is a place that I recommend to those who want to taste the true flavors of Puglia because it is also beautiful to see.

It was really beautiful, the atmosphere was lovely, the workers/staff were sweet and the food was delicious. Really worth it if you want to learn how to make pasta, we learnt how to make orecchiette, gnocchi and cavatelli.

A must do activity in Ostuni!! The location is gorgeous, the ambiance really enhances the experience. It is a great way to meet new people. The pasta making itself was super enjoyable. It highlighted the work and care that goes into handmade pasta, making the eating of the past that more satisfying! Our 2 hosts, Fabio and Silvia, were wonderful, they brought a homey and lively vibe to the event. Very authentic way to immerse yourself in the local culture and cuisine. We enjoyed local delicacies, including wines, meats, cheeses and, of corse, the pasta.

Taka opinia będzie naturalna i bardzo pozytywna: We had a wonderful time at the pasta-making workshop and dinner. The entire experience was beautifully organized and truly captured the spirit of Italy. The venue itself is charming and atmospheric, with a lovely setting that immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcome. The hosts were incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. The cooking stations were beautifully prepared, Italian music played softly in the background, and every detail contributed to a special experience. The Italian grandmother leading the class was absolutely delightful and made the workshop both authentic and enjoyable. It was also lovely to spend time on the beautiful property before dinner, enjoying a glass of wine and the relaxed atmosphere. The dinner itself was delicious, enriched by stories about local traditions, food, and Italian culture. We attended with our almost 3-year-old child, who also had a fantastic time and was welcomed with great warmth and kindness. A truly memorable experience that we would highly recommend.
