There were no other bookings, so it was a one-to-one class, which was great. The teacher was great! She shared a little about herself and was patient. She outlined everything very clearly and I got to make some lovely orecchiette. The meal was delicious and some wine and water was also offered. This was a lovely activity. Thank you 🙏

We had an amazing time learning about pasta making! The Cousins who taught the class were wonderful! Absolutely do this if you have the chance.

It was a very nice experience! The guide was super friendly and enthusiastic, which was really nice. You also received 4 different wines included in the price. Erna let you finish the pasta, which provided a complete picture. Definitely a big recommendation, even if you come from further away and don't stay in Lecce (like us).

What a wonderful experience.. a must do

Making the food was very good… But at the end they put so much sauce that was not very good on everything. We couldn’t eat the dinner. The assistant was very rude. They should ask if you want it with salsa without sauce

We had such a great time at Ylenia's cooking class! She and her team were fantastic - taught us about the food culture of the region. She is a great teacher and the food and wine were delicious. We were with two 15-year-old girls and they loved the experience. We highly recommend this class!

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. I did the orecchiette cooking class with my mother and 5.5 year old daughter. We had such an amazing time, it's something I will cherish forever. The hosts were so lovely and knowledgeable, they were kind and patient with me and my 5 year old daughter. The length of the class was perfect - not too short, not too long. After you make the pasta by hand, you sit outside and wait to have your homemade pasta. The hosts offer apperitivo and hands on help, guidance and explanations during the class. The class was so fun and now we can try to make orecchiette at home. The value is fantastic for the experience. The food was delicious! Highly recommend - so special. Would love to visit again and do another class here.
