I had a very good time as a travel experience in general, the drivers and Mzi were very friendly, calm, nice, and helpful. The trip still had stops that allowed me to see new places and also try some good desserts. I found the cost a bit high because at times I had to take an Uber to get to the desired place and I was hoping to avoid it. Maybe because I used it less than I could have.. But everything perfect !!
We took the bus early this morning. It was very nice and very pleasant. The bus driver, Jephta, was very warm and super nice. 1000% recommended!
We had a great travelday thanks to Bazbus. Our drivers were Mzi and Jephta, who were extremely helpful, nice and professional. Great way to see some beautiful views and meet new people.

Pick-up and drop-off were easy to manage with BazBus. The bus was on time and the drivers were all very helpful and kind. They had ideas on which activities to do in the towns we were going to and were helpful in connecting us with local operators for certain activities. They were also making sure everyone felt comfortable in the bus and made enough bathroom breaks etc. Especially Brian was a great driver!

Great way to experience the Garden Route. Our driver Jephta was very knowledgeable and friendly and got us to our destination ahead of schedule

Mzi and Jeff were amazing. Jeff did the long stretch to Cape Town with me. He kindly and enthusiastically answered my questions and he gave wonderful suggestions and insight. Jeff even made a point to orient me to the surrounding area where I was staying in Cape Town. Great experience, even the stops we made for restroom or to stretch our legs were very nice. Highly recommend.

The Baz Bus made exploring the garden route as foreign travelers super easy. They were extremely accommodating and would always drop us off and sometimes pick us up right at the door step of our chosen accommodation in each town (Or very nearby). The drivers were friendly and offered great local knowledge and tips about South Africa and the garden route in particular. We also booked ourself the baz bus’ organised one whole day tour of Cape Town. Driver Brian, and tour guide Mike were incredible. We learnt so much and really enjoyed each of the chosen stops. We did not feel rushed , and were provided with ample time to explore each stop and the viewpoints. The tour offered various options if you weren’t interested to pay for the extra tours (eg seals by boat or penguin tours), however I would highly recommend anyone to spend the extra and do all of the activities. 100% would recommend this tour, especially if you only have a short amount of time to explore Cape Town. They dropped us off in the city which allowed us to spend a lovely evening walking around the harbour, shopping, and eating delicious food.

Absolutely amazing experience. I've had several pick ups and drops off with Baz Bus during my trip. It's value for money, plus safe, which is especially important for a solo female traveller. I've been travelling in off season, so the bus was often early and loads of space on the bus to sit. Thank you Jepta and all the bus drivers during my trip. I've already recommended Baz Bus to several people and could see myself doing it again one day.
