Loved the tour of Old Montreal. Look forward to another tour with Thom on my next trip. Thom is an incredible storyteller, so you’re not just getting facts but really understanding more about the history and people of Montreal.
Thom was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I took Thom's Old Montreal tour, and we didn't realize how quickly 2.5 hours flew by. Thom shared history, culture, and answered all of our questions on varied topics. He had arranged treats along the way, including a croissant drop and a tasting of spruce cola.
As a former Montrealer (now living in Boston), I thought it would be fun to explore my old hometown by taking a walking tour. The @Montreal Expert tour went above and behind my expectations. Learning the historical story behind the story was super interesting. Thom is a great storyteller. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
One of the best walking tour I've been on. Thom is so passionate about Montreal and all the history and he transmits it to us. I'm a local and I've learned new stuff about Montreal. He offers drinks and goodies along the walk. The best part is at the end of the tour. I will not spoil it, you will have to book a tour to find out. You will have a great time.

Very nice tour, fun and informative
Fascinating to rediscover Old Montreal under the highly knowledgeable gaze of guide Thom! He does more than just share information. He sheds light on historical facts with a lot of interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the tour is punctuated with little surprises, right up to the end. You really don't see the time fly by. I loved it.
Thom gave us a fabulous tour of Old Montreal. He was passionate about all Montreal history and was full of knowledge and enthusiasm about his home town. We even had a little surprise project at the end. I would highly recommend taking one of his walking tours.
Thom is a Montreal treasure. He oozes curiosity, wonder and a keen attention for all things beautiful and interesting. His energy is easy and open, has a wonderful sense of humor and a romantic for life itself. My sister-in-law came to visit from the opposite side of the world and is not normally a fan of tours. She loved this one. Said it was not what she expected, not typical, unlike most tours, and her morning felt like she had a friend in Montreal showing her around. I’m local, and have been following Thom on Instagram since 2020. Many of the streets we walked today are streets I’ve walked so many times before. Walking these same streets with Thom is experiencing them anew — shivers-on-the-back-of-my-neck-and-mouth-agape anew. There are many ways of seeing, and Thom reminded me today how wonder and joy and remembrance are just right under the surface of what seems unremarkable. Thank you, Thom.
The tour was great. Thom is a wealth of great information. He took time to answer questions. He is very personable and animated. Very passionate about the city and loves talking about every aspect.
