Itinerário
La Latina é o bairro mais antigo de Madrid. Você ainda pode ver pedaços e pedaços da parede que a protegeu no século 12. Este é um passeio pelos melhores bares, alimentos e vinhos de La Latina.
Barra 1: O tour começa a beber meu vermute favorito no tap. Vamos emparelhá-lo com azeitonas Chupadedos. Estas azeitonas são da variedade verdial e são temperadas com pimenta, alho, orégano e azeite, o que resulta em um sabor muito agradável e delicioso.
Bar 2 : Nós beberemos vinho da maneira que eles fizeram no século 19 e saborearemos a marmita das Ilhas Faroé frita em azeite.
Barra 3: Este é um dos mais belos bares de vinhos de Madrid. Provaremos Altos de Torona Albariño, vencedor do International Wine Challenge 2022. Vamos combinar o vinho com um tipo especial de tapas chamado “tostas”.
Barra 4: Agora é hora de ir mais fundo para o Old Madrid através de suas estreitas ruas de pedra e fazer o nosso caminho para o restaurante mais alto classificado no bairro. Vamos sentar para provar 3 estrelas Michelin Iberico Tenderloin.
Bar 4: Agora é o momento perfeito para começar com os vermelhos. Eu vou descascar vinhos diferentes do meu próprio porão. Eu abro vinhos excelentes como Matas Altas ou Dominio de Loalva 2018.
Barra 4: Para encerrar a noite vamos provar o rei de todos os vinhos de sobremesa espanhóis: Pedro Ximenez. O vinho fará um milagre ao transformar o sorvete de baunilha em rum e uvas.

This was a great tour. Andres was very informative, fun, and knowledgeable. We got to go to some places we never would have gone to without the tour. Food and wine was delicious.
What a wonderful experience highlighting the best tapas and wines around Madrid! Andrez was an outstanding guide. He shared a wealth of knowledge about the food, the regions the wines came from, and interesting bits of local history along the way without overwhelming us. The spots were unique, the pairings were spot on, and we left completely full. It felt like exploring the city center with a local friend. Highly recommend doing this on your first few nights in the city!

We could not have been happier with our tour with Andres. The route and itinerary were convenient and well-planned, not only for the tastings but as a way to introduce us to places in Madrid we might not have found and understood on our own. Andres was thoroughly knowledgeable as a long time Madrid local and wine professional. Our group of 7 came to enjoy the collective experience quickly, in great part because Andres was friendly and congenial, and made us feel at ease in what were clearly local non-touristy spots. Next time in Madrid we’ll sign up again, and we’ll recommend the tour without hesitation.
Very good food tour, highly recommended. Andres is a great guide, very knowledgeable and the food and wines were outstanding. We also received very useful recommendations about other bars and restaurants to visit.

Andres is a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about Madrid and the Spanish culture. His food and wine pairings were great. I had never considered Vermouth as a wine but it’s part of the culture of Madrid so it was great to learn about and try.
We enjoyed an excellent evening with Andres! His passion for food, wine and the history of Old Town shines through. He introduced us to delicious tapas and wines that we would not have known to experience. As we walked from place to place I was excited to see what was next. Andres is an excellent guide and host and we highly recommend his tour.
Andres was a great guide. The food selection was delicious and the drinks were paired perfectly and generous pours. Our group was 2 other couples. Walking distance and pace was perfect.
Andres was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide. He selected great food highlights and wine pairings. Walking between the 3 stops he pointed out some highlights. We thought it was funny that he would point out “this is the best place for…but that’s not where we are going “. Overall very enjoyable.
Thank you for the review!! Yes, I mention other places that have fantastic specialites but that we do not visit. Why?, well a few restaurants in the area are not interested in serving tapas. That is, you have to consume a full dinner if you go in :-( making them impossible to visit for tapas tours :-(
Great tour, bars were interesting, food was beautiful and we drank vermouth and wine that we would never have known about. Andres was great company and very knowledgeable. We were so happy to have spent the evening doing this
