O Old Goa Heritage Walk retoma alguns dos fatos mais fascinantes durante o domínio Português. Quando Old Goa era a antiga capital de Goa, era uma cidade próspera, mesmo antes dos tempos Português. Foi a capital do império Bahmani Sultan Adil Shah. Os portugueses chegaram aqui em 1510 un de seu comandante Afonso de Albuquerque, e tomaram a cidade de Adil Shah, o governante do Reino de Bijapur. Eles vieram para o Oriente em busca de comércio e, eventualmente, para espalhar o cristianismo. Em nosso Old Goa Heritage Walk, explore alguns dos edifícios mais significativos historicamente. It was a great and educational experience. Learnt a lot and it was interesting.
We did the private tour and Vimala was our guide. She is an exceptional guide with deep knowledge and patience. She answered all our questions and offered relevant information that made the walk more enjoyable. She was quick to build a personal connect with all the members and everyone quite enjoyed the conversation with her. She was engaging for members of all ages, including out 11 year old.
