Itinerário
Recolheremos você do seu hotel ou residência em Dhaka City e começaremos a se mover em direção a Sonargaon (cerca de 1 a 1,5 horas de viagem). 11h00 – 11h30: Primeiro visitaremos a Mesquita Goaldi que foi construída em 1519 d.C. em uma aldeia de Goaldi em Sonargaon por Mulla Hizabar Akbar Khan durante o reinado do sultão Hussain Shah. É uma das mesquitas mais antigas do Bangladesh. Vamos fazer uma pequena pausa de chá aqui.
Boro Sardar Bari em Sonargaon é uma mansão histórica construída em 1901 pela rica família mercante de Sardar. Conhecido por seu elegante estilo arquitetônico indo-europeu, o edifício apresenta grandes colunas, janelas arqueadas e projetos complexos. Uma vez um símbolo de prosperidade, agora serve como parte do Museu de Artes Folclóricas e Artesanato de Sonargaon, mostrando o rico patrimônio cultural e artístico do Bengala. É uma das atrações mais proeminentes de Sonargaon, refletindo a grandeza do passado da região.
Iremos para o edifício principal (Prasad) que era um palácio do rei Isa Kha. Agora é usado para o Museu de Folk, Arte e Artesanato e também cobre o edifício recém-construído de arte popular também. Nós caminhamos por todo o campus para explorar a antiga capital de Bengala.
Visitaremos a Cidade do Panamá, que foi construída em 1500 d.C. Alguns lords hindus ricos operaram seus negócios aqui e fizeram uma cidade para viver com todas as instalações. Aquele edifício artístico nos levará o antigo de Bangla. 1: 30 pm – 2: 00 pm: vamos tomar o nosso almoço em um restaurante próximo com comida local que pode ser um pouco picante e quente. Por favor, informe-nos após a reserva se você precisar de necessidades especiais.. 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm: vamos descansar um pouco sob a árvore de greenwood e nos chatear.
Vamos para o rio Meghna para montar um barco. Megh é um dos três principais rios do Bangladesh. Sonargaon está localizado na margem do rio Meghna.

It is a half-day tour from 11am. It is better to confirm the opening date of each facility in advance of the participation date. It is recommended to bring an umbrella to avoid sudden rain. Both pick-up and drop-off can be specified by the hotel, so it is safe to say.

We took this tour on a very hot day in late April, and it was great to have an air-conditioned vehicle to take us from one location to the next in Sonargaon. At the guide's request, we ended up departing at 1pm instead of 11am, which meant the tour was a little shorter than expected (as we still returned at 6pm). As a result, some of the stops felt a little rushed and it would have been nice to have an extra 10 min or so at each place (we were at each stop for 15-30 mins rather than the 1-2 hours indicated in the schedule). The most relaxing part of the day ended up being the optional boat ride. This small criticism aside, we were able to see all of the promised highlights and felt very satisfied with the tour overall. (In all honesty, the times indicated in the schedule would be too long for most of the stops, especially in the heat - something inbetween would be ideal). Both our guide, Shahadat, and driver were very professional. Shahadat gave us useful information prior to departure, accompanied us to each of the attractions, and even took photographs for us, and we had a safe and punctual journey. Comparing this tour with others on offer, we felt it was very good value indeed and would recommend it to anyone in Dhaka looking to get outside the city and see some more of beautiful Bangladesh. Five stars!
