We had an amazing time on this tour! The ATV ride was bumpy and fun, just what we were looking for. The guides were friendly and gave clear instructions. Cenote Jade was beautiful and super refreshing after the ride. It felt like a great balance between adventure and relaxation.
Great time. Only issue I had was a $20 pp town tax that you’re not told about until after booking. Our guide Pedro was awesome and we had a great time. Don’t miss jumping in the Cenote
Very expensive for what you get. Equipment sub standard. Roads were awful; very hard to navigate on poor equipment. AND then had to pay 60 dollars more to get into the park. Bad excursion. Would never do it again. The only good thing about the entire experience was our guide, Tony. He is a good guy and did his best to make the experience pleasant. But he could only do so much.
They were 30 min late to pick up, $51 up charge to continue, taxied us for 40 more mins to pick up a family who had a cruise timeline. Guide was good but offered no drinking water, tequila taste was interesting. Argued for add’l $30 for taxi ride to return (it was included in itinerary). No bueno.
We showed up early...waited another twenty minutes without any contact from the tour operator. After contacting viator and spending a fair bit of on the phone. I finally got an email the tour operator indicating the tour was canceled. We expended round trip cab fare and the chance to schedule another activity. Not sure why we were not contacted as both parties has email and phone contact information. Needless to say ruined our last day of vacation.
We had a great time on our ATV adventure! It only ended up being the two of us but, which was really nice and Sosa was an awesome, friendly guide. He picked us up at the meeting spot and took us to the village where we got on our ATV. We drove around through roads and trails and stopped for a visit at the cenote and walked around a bit. Didn't jump in on his recommendation and judging by the water, we wouldn't have anyway (murky with SO much bat poop). After that, we joined up with a bigger group for the tequila tasting and then headed back. Literally our own private excursion.
They cancel the booking without any previous notice, still a full refund but we've already planned the day and booked a taxi

What a great way to experience Cozumel! The ATV ride was exciting and scenic, but it was our guide's enthusiasm and kindness that made the tour truly memorable. You can tell he loves his island and wants every visitor to fall in love with it too. We definitely did!
Cozumel's nature is breathtaking, and seeing it on an ATV was a unique way to explore. But the real highlight? Our guide. So warm, welcoming, and patient — he treated us like friends, not just tourists. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for adventure with a personal touch.
