Terrible service. They cancelled the shark dive tour literally 5 minutes before the actual tour was meant to start. And they had already cancelled it a few days before with enough time to be able to re-book. Why didn’t they do the same the 2nd time?
Max, We are terribly sorry the tropical storm/ Hurricane Lala forced us to cancel your reservation. We canceled your first reservation as the storm was hitting us that day. We moved you to monday 8/17/26 because the storm was past us and the winds would have allowed us to get some customers out. Unfortunately the amount of rain that fell on the islands was caused the rivers to run off with massive logs and dirty unsanitary water. We went out first thing monday and were able to make our first tour happen but the debris and dirty water came in fast due to a strong current. Making it impossible to see the sharks, unsanitary to be in the water and dangerous to traverse the ocean due to submerged debris that could damage the boat. Unfortunately this happened close to your scheduled tour time. We make every attempt to give customers as much notice of cancellations as possible. The conditions can change quickly. Again we apologise for the inconvenience this caused and we would love to be able to provide you with the 5 star experience our customers receive and deserve in the future. Amazing trip! Seeing the sharks up close was once in a life time experience. Well worth the money. The staff were knowledgeable & friendly. I rented the go pro which was definitely worth it as I didn't come prepared. We were meant to be 11am, however recieved an email in advance to warn us of weather conditions, so moved to an earlier time, good communication. Would 100% recommend.

What an incredible experience! The entire cage shark diving tour was exciting, well organized, and unforgettable. The highlight was seeing an incredible 12-foot tiger shark up close—absolutely amazing! The crew was great and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a must-do experience in Hawaii. Highly recommended!

Overall greatest experience I've had on Island. We had great weather and got to see some tiger sharks that day!!

This was one of my daughter's excursion wish items. So glad we did it. Although my other daughter's fear made her hesitate, she was willing to give it a go because of the cage & plex glass. Both were thrilled with the outing. We moved our original disembark time at Shark Adventure's recommendation dure to higher wind forecasts & I think we lucked out with amazing conditions and time in the water with tiger & galopagos sharks!

The trip was an awesome experience. Not a lot of sharks on the day I went but that’s just how these things go. We did have 2 nice tiger sharks that hung around the entire trip. Very cool experience. The crew were amazing. Both guys were very knowledgeable and gave us a great trip. I would recommend anyone to book with these guys. They’re great.

It was an experience of a lifetime. We got to see three tiger sharks, a smaller Galapagos shark, and barracuda. Capt Miles and Josh were great from start to finish. They made it super comfortable for everyone and positive vibes the entire time.

It was totally great! When we went into the water, we immediately saw two Galápagos sharks. At some point they disappeared and instead two tiger sharks came, which kept swimming very close to the cage. That was simply incredible. Overall, we would have imagined a few more sharks, but because the tiger sharks came so close, it was still an unforgettable experience. The crew was also very friendly and made the trip perfect. A small note: Depending on the swell, it can rock quite a bit on the boat. While we were in the water, the sea state became significantly rougher than at the beginning. Anyone who is sensitive to seasickness should take something for it as a precaution.
