Encomendado pelo Rei Gustavo II Adolfo durante a Era da Grande Potência da Suécia, este navio de guerra foi construído entre 1626 e 1628 e devia ser o navio de guerra mais poderoso não só no Mar Báltico, mas em todo o mundo.

O Museu Vasa, classificado como um dos 10 melhores museus do mundo, é imperdível ao visitar Estocolmo. Encomendado na década de 1620 durante a Era das Grandes Potências da Suécia pelo Rei Gustav II Adolf, este navio de guerra real seria o navio de guerra mais poderoso não apenas no Mar Báltico, mas talvez em todo o mundo. We came to the Vasa on a damp day with large crowds. FER DONOSO TOURS met us with ease and took us straight in. Bypassing the crowds the insight and outlines she gave were insightful and entertaining. Even before our visit, we were welcomed almost as an honoured family guest by email. The tour was simply excellent. We could not imagaine the Vasa without this tour. VASAMUSEET is a superb museum. Installed in modern facilities recreated to receive this rescued war vessel into the waters of Stockholm Harbour, the building was designed to view the navy vessel from all angles and at different levels. The ship was installed on a large concrete ship, which provides a fantastic view of the silhouette and the details of the ship’s exterior. The interior is not visible which removes some aura to the dazzling of the port of this powerful ship. Various adjacent spaces, large, modern, endowed with all the technologies, recreate old times and experiences, the Stockholm navigation, the customs and techniques of antanho. An indispensable and amazing visit to get to know the country better.
Our tour guide was Fer Donoso who was wonderful. We were a bit late getting to the museum as the taxi got caught in traffic, but Fer was happy to wait for us. She was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all our silly questions. She even gave us information about subjects outside her purview like how much to pay for a taxi & which ones to get & which ones to avoid. I would highly recommend Fer as an excellent tour guide

poor instructions with regarding to meeting guide - we had to figure outmhowmtomgetmin on our own. thankfully museum staff let us in.
Dear Maureen, I hope you are doing well. Maureen in the Viator reservation states exactly where the meeting point is. Also I emailed you and texted you several times prior the beginning of the tour as I was in the museum all day, stating where I was standing, and what clothes was I wearing. I even called you and offered to look out for you inside, as I was there, but you chose to continue the visit without our services.
