O tour do filme de padrinho

Well worth the money and make sure you do the Barons mansion tour as do much information about the film. Thanks to Peter for persuading us to include it!

This is a beautiful tour. The small towns and locations of the films are well described and the film shots are explained as to where you are. The drive, the towns, the views are outstanding!! Our guide was Carmelo, and he was the BEST guide. Very informative, friendly and fun. Excellent!!! Even if you are not a Godfather film fan, the towns and scenery are fantastic!!! Towns are still in their 1950s era, and have not changed. Bar Vitelli is lovely!

Carmelo was a great guide. The tour was great. It was well worth it. We would have never found these places by ourselves.

Carmelo is excellent! I've been to many countries and taken multiple tours but he is hands down the best guide I've ever met. Very knowledgeable about the tour but ,in addition, went about and beyond to help us find distilled water for my husband's CPAP machine. By the end of the tour, he was like family.

A great tour with our guide Isabelle. Unfortunately we did opt to pay an extra EU$25 per person to visit the famous Villa which really should have been included in the tour given how famous it is in the movies.

Our tour guide Peter was fantastic. Got to see all the sites and he peppered in some fun facts. Definitely recommend!!

Peter was the best guide. Detailed knowledge of every scene shot in every town. Presented in a humorous and entertaining way! Do not miss the visit to the house where Apollonia died in the car bomb.

A wonderfully friendly atmosphere from the very beginning. Our guide, Allesio, introduced us during the tour and listened with interest to our story. Alessio is incredibly knowledgeable and was full of interesting facts about the production of The Godfather. We managed to tour the estate (unfortunately, this isn't always possible), where we were greeted by the lovely owner. The estate itself was a fascinating attraction, from Sicily related items, to various materials from the filming period, to the opportunity to take photos on the balcony. In Savoca, thanks to the guide's contacts, we were able to get into the movie bar without staying in line. In Forza d'Agrò, a place was already reserved for us, where we could enjoy a delicious dinner in a delightful Sicilian atmosphere. From the beginning to the end of the tour (even while saying goodbye), we could feel the experience and positive emotions radiating from Allesio. If you're interested in a Godfather - themed tour, this is the best option for you.

Be punctual as it is a full on and thoroughly enjoyable day. There is a coffee break at Vito’s cafe and lunch stop. Our guide explained everything so well coupled to great insight as to what went on during filming.

Wonderful and full of information about the movies setup and cast. Alessio was so informative and made the trip so much fun.
