Tour leader only recognizable upon request. Discounted drinks at the locations. Last location without a tour leader. Lack of communication and no effort whatsoever to bring the group together

The bar crawl didn’t follow through on what was promised and won’t issue a refund. Unfortunately, the organizers were not prepared for the size of our group. Snacks and prizes were not available, as listed in the tour description. Also, due to the poor planning, we had to pay for the train for the last location which was not originally communicated. Overall, I’m not quite sure what I ended up paying for.
