They never turned up. We waited 45 mins and I tried to contact them through the app as I had done successfully the day before and they ghosted me!

Our guide Paul used both Spanish and English. I’m so impressed. He is very patient answering my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the history and city. Thanks!

Donot book with this unreliable company. The tour was booked for 2 pm for a hotel pick up. No one turned up and Viator are claiming the tour operator was there..( without showing us any proof) Absolutely no proof was provided by the tour operator that they were there - they simply claim that we were not there and have charged us for a tour that they did not provide; see our proof of booking and meeting time Ended up loosing a precious part of our holiday waiting for a tour to pick us up Communication was very poor and I feel scammed for getting charged for a service that was not offered - just because Viator is a big company does not mean they can scam genuine tourists I highly recommend using some other firm whom you can trust and not use Viator - or this tour any more

The route taken was filled with historic sites. The stops along the way to make photos and interact with the city were very strategic as it felt immersive. The tour guide was also knowledgeable and gave historic and current information about the city and it's citizens. My favourite stops were the palace and the coast with the Montevideo sign. I recommend this tour for anyone who wants to learn about the city and also have fun doing so.

Tour operator never picked me up at my hotel , never answered why they didn’t picked me up. I think Viator shouldn’t work with them . Viator couldn’t get a hold of them either to let me know why they never showed up to pick me up . I was so excited because of the description said majority on Montevideo was going to be cover . I couldn’t plan anything else due to the tour started at 2pm but since they didn’t show to pick me up & it was a Sunday (day after the Uruguay victory fútbol game vs Brazil) everything was closed & It was raining so couldn’t do anything at all but stay in my hotel . Viator should fired this tour company

We waited to much for passengers not only at pick up locations but at places where we got out. The english spoken person was not very clear. Yes we saw places we have not seen yet but it was not our favor tour.

Excellent trip, Montevideo is beautiful, very picturesque, the people are very friendly, I would return a thousand times more

A very nice, congenial group. Our guide was terrific, explaining everything we saw and lots of interesting historical information in perfect English, Spanish and Portuguese

They sent me a message saying that by law they could not look for me at the accommodation and because I did not have the Tripadvisor application I did not receive it. The most logical thing was to write me a WhatsApp or call me to notify me because I had already paid it. I took another tour on a large bus and they looked for me 2 blocks away without a problem, so by law nothing, liars. They are IRRESPONSIBLE, SCAMMERS. I already requested a refund from Tripadvisor. A paid tour that I do not take and I will not receive the taxes that were charged to me. Loss of money. We also called them to try to solve it and see where we are going and they don't answer. I won't even choose them for free again. I hope they close.
