Our impression of Bali was always beautiful beaches, cliffs and also rice terraces. Never did we expect to find stunning waterfalls as well! While we get to see the famed Tegalalang rice terraces and more touristy waterfalls like Tegenungan & Tibumana, we had the chance to visit Tukad Cepung which is equally breathtaking as well. Our guide Radi is definitely one of the better English-speaking guides out here in Bali (turns out he learnt English by reading up dictionaries). Equipped with his knowledge on anything from Balinese geography to botany, he is a very qualified guide which I can't recommend enough. Overall, the tour is an eye-opening experience and a must try if you love nature!

We had the best day exploring Ubud with Yande! He was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The highlight of the day was visiting Tirta Empul Temple, where Yande kindly showed us how to pray and guided us through the sacred water purification ceremony. It was such a special cultural experience that we'll never forget. Yande was so well prepared, with plenty of water and snacks, and even provided sarongs for the temple. We visited the Monkey Forest, coffee plantation, jungle swing, rice terraces, art market, and a beautiful waterfall, every stop was spectacular. We highly recommend Yande. He went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable and he is also great with a camera. Always offering to take photos to capture these special moments.

We travelled as a large family group of 13, which would normally be difficult to plan for, but our driver Wiratma herded the group expertly and made the whole day run smoothly. He shared lots of great local knowledge and had patience and enthusiasm the whole day. Thank you so much!

This was our first time visiting Ubud, and we booked our tour through Klook. The entire experience was amazing and well worth it. Our tour guide, Radi, was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the trip. He shared fascinating insights into Balinese culture and traditions, which made the experience even more meaningful and enjoyable. His English was excellent, making it easy for us to understand and engage with his explanations. On top of being an excellent guide, Radi is also a fantastic photographer! He knew all the best angles and helped us capture beautiful photos at every stop. His photography skills were truly impressive and professional, giving us wonderful memories to take home. We had a great day from Bali to Ubud. Our driver Dudy was excellent, knowledgeable, very well spoken and adapted to suggestions and made up a tour that was perfect for our family, some cultural aspects and temples, waterfalls, shopping. The day went so quickly. Finally, his driving and car are perfect and will book again with Hire Bali Driver and Dudy when available.

the experience was superb, the driver winata taking us exactly places like the description .the driver ontime too, we're actually kinda late 20mins but he's good. he is friendly and knowlegeable especially when explain about the culture,history and lifestyle of bali. the price that we pay for this include the admission and lunch so we dont worry about that. each place that he takes us was great, supposed 30mins spend at once, but sometimes we takes more than that, still good. we started at 8am so the environment is superb, it starting to have crowd or peak at noon. i think this experience best for couples, friends or sibling since it use a lot of energy especially taking ladder and walking. -bonus: winata is good at taking pictures
