O Espírito do Reggae de Bob Marley - A Experiência Nine Mile

My wife and I were so excited for this tour and we enjoyed our Bob Marley Tour with the transportation hosted by Corey. Corey was very nice and a good driver. The van was very comfortable and the AC was blowing cold. Corey helped take some of our photos and we enjoyed learning more about Bob Marley and seeing his home and Mt. Zion and the mausoleum. Highly recommended to all!

What an experience! Corey pick us up for our hotel and took us on a journey of a lifetime to the home of the King of Reggae, Bob Marley. On the way Corey gave us a great overview of Jamaica and provided us with some great information on the history of the country and then ofcourse the 9 Mile experience itself is unrivalled with great tour guides and an insight into how the legend himself grew up. Would 100% recommend!

Funny shared family experience, to do 1 time need not repeat , friendly staff, only speak English .

Corey was awesome tour guide/ transfer! He picked us up in our own private transfer, had complimentary bottles of water, he was very informative and told us a lot about jamaica and even went above and beyond on some stops on the way back to the hotel! We will book a private transfer/excursion with him on a spare day we have here!! Amazing service!

We took my dad here for his 80th birthday. He is the biggest Bob Marley fan i know and really instilled a love of music in my brothers and me. We had the absolute best time on this tour and made memories that I still can't believe happened. Absolutely worth every penny and we'll be back the next time we're in Jamaica :)

Was good to see this humbling experience of bob marleys past home and where buried .was lovely to light a candle round his tomb .Thankyou Corey’s for taking us .

First, let me start by saying that our driver, Mr Lawrence, was fantastic. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He told us a lot of things about Jamaica we didn’t know. He was super nice and helpful. The drive was 2 hours from Montego Bay each way. We were glad we didn’t drive it ourselves. We stopped on the way up to Nine Mile for a restroom and snack break. Once we arrived at Nine Mile, we had to buy tickets for tour of house and mausoleum. The tour itself was only about 90 minutes. The tour was really interesting. The only thing I wish was different was that the price of tour was included in price. We paid 250.00 for the transportation and had to pay another 60 bucks for tour for two people. There were no other people in the van on our tour so I guess it was kind of a private ride out there. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Our driver, Mr Lawrence was fantastic! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He told us a lot about Jamaica that we didn’t know. It was a two hour ride up and back to Nine Mile. We stopped for a rest on way up and was able and to use restrooms and get some yummy Patties to eat. He was also a very good driver and we were thankful that we didn’t rent a car and do it ourselves. Once at Nine Mile, we went on a tour of Bob Marley’s boyhood home and his final resting place. The only thing I that would’ve made it this tour better was if admission to tour was included. After paying 250. For the transportation, We had to pay another 60 bucks to enter the tour of home. Many of the other local tours included price of admission and cheaper price. I had already booked this before I realized admission wasn’t included. Also, we were forced to walk about a mile to meet driver as they wouldn’t come to our address to pick us up at our Airbnb. It was right on a main road up street from where they picked us up at. Mr. Lawrence did bring us to our address when we got back and we were grateful. He was the nicest guide, ever.

Corey was an amazing driver . From the very first day he picked me up he made me feel welcomed. Considering I was touring alone he made me feel super secured . He was patient , he took my photos , he suggested and we talked about history in a few things. He played my favorite music, and even let me use his hot spot on his phone to connect with family/friends. Not to mentioned I shopped around buying souvenirs for about a hour , never once did he leave me or showed impatience and offered to hold my bags. Corey is the absolute bestt driver ever . Whenever I come back to Jamaica I will be sure to call Mr Corey . Thanks for your service .
