Timely pick up, clean vehicle, good driving, friendly driver, great communication, the only thing I would have to say that was negative and why I rated it four stars instead of five was that the driver was dressed sloppily, you would expect a limousine driver to look more professional. This driver was in a tshirt with like exercise pants...but he was very nice. Overall I was very pleased

What a fantastic experience we had. Issac was great and was on time to collect us from the airport to drop us off at our destination. I would definitely recommend if you have never been to New York before. It took the weight off our shoulders not having to find our way around. The company stayed in touch with me the whole time confirming times and it was so smooth.
Shortly before pickup, we were told we could cancel. A few hours earlier, we received a message confirming everything. Poorly organized and unreliable.
Excellent driver. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our Times Square hotel. It was fun riding in a stretch limo while it snowed.
Luggage arrival delayed by airline, but communication with driver was excellent He was most patient and was delightful when we finally met. Limo was soooooo comfortable… I highly recommend this service My travel companions were so surprised to have a limo and we all enjoyed every minute of the ride. Thank you, Amer
The chauffeur was very nice and communication was great! Limo was very clean and the ride was nice and smooth. Only thing was the lights, music, etc inside was not working very good. Couldn’t figure it out. My fault for not asking though.
Fantastic experience!! Pick up was seamless and very easy steps and advice to follow to ensure pick up and drop off was easy!! Driver was great and enjoyed the limo for our first trip to New York. Thanks for our first experience and highly recommend
I’d kept this as a surprise for the family - was a long delayed trip to celebrate eldest daughter’s birthday - and they were suitably amazed and impressed! Slight negatives are there was no sign of the ‘complimentary water and soft drinks’ and the exterior of the limo looked a little grimy.
As stated in the booking and on your page above the vehicle for transfer was to be a limousine, SUV or Sedan. The actual vehicle was in fact a shuttle bus. This is despite what was stated at the time of booking and even after follow up from the service confirming the number of people (1). Whilst the driver was absolutely fine travelling for over an hour in a bus was not what I paid quite a significant amount of money for. It was also impossible to find a contact email to advise of the above.
