Took the New York City Lower East Side Walking and Food Tour today, with my sister. We had a fantastic guide, Ian. He did an amazing job of giving us a thorough overview of the Lower East Side, as well as being very informative about the many food establishments that we visited. The tastings at each stop, were all delicious, as well as being generous in size! Glad we didn't eat a big breakfast this morning! I highly recommend that you consider taking this tour. Many thanks to Ian, for making our tour so enjoyable.

Amanda was an outstanding guide! She was organized, personable, and did a terrific job balancing the history of the Lower East Side with visits to some outstanding neighborhood food establishments. She kept the tour moving at a comfortable pace, made everyone feel welcome, and shared fascinating stories about the people, cultures, and businesses that have shaped this historic part of New York City. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and we discovered several places we never would have found on our own. Amanda's enthusiasm and knowledge made the experience even better.
