We booked a round trip experience. It was relieving to not have to worry about getting to and from the airport. They sent different drivers on the way to and from, but both were early and professional. Reasonably priced. I would definitely use this service again.

Driver uses own vehicle. Also$, the pickup at LGA is in the garage, which was not immediately clear.

We rescheduled to fly in December 26 from Santa Barbara to JFK and our flight into JFK was canceled. Everything else is sold out. We could not get in there. I called Life a number of times about canceling the ride from JFK to our hotel and then obviously canceling the return because we couldn’t make it into New York. The first time I was on hold for 20 minutes never got to talk to someone the next time, the fellow told me that it was canceled and the return would be refunded and I said can I get an email with that cancellation and it firstly said no he said well yeah I can send you an email. The only email I got was the routing of the trip that was it didn’t say it was canceled and it was refunded so I emailed them today and basically got a response that I need to contact Vader even though I was told that this would be canceled or refunded, they said that they would not refund the drive from JFK to the hotel for whatever reason I mean, I can’t use it. I know it was it was the airlines call to cancel the flight. I wouldn’t use them ever again. If I didn’t have enough to handle with everything and cancel in everything we booked in New York and shows etc. it was very, very stressful and frustrating.

This service is just perfect. They text you when they are on the way and even send you a picture of the vehicle. I am always going to use Viator for my car service. The driver's were very polite and very professional. They treat you like your a movie star. The driver's were very safe and even offered to stop if you wanted something.

Fantastic transfers grom the airport and back, kept in contact and was easy to amend pur times as our flight was cancelled 2 days before depature.

Awful. Took 90 minutes to get through passport control.and these charlatans decided to leave. No alternative offered and just told will have to get a cab Too much reliance on whatsapp when no data

The vehicle that was showed on the picture was not what we received. Lack of communication of confirming the departure time.
