Existem 02 trens com por dia. 9:00 am 2.30 pm Você pode escolher a hora preferida a partir do acima e nós sempre tentamos entregar o que você quer. Se houver alterações, informaremos você com antecedência. Aqui não é necessário um bilhete impresso. Nós iremos enviar o e-ticket para você por whatsapp ou e-mail. Pease certifique-se de mencionar o seu número de contato no momento da reserva. Ou você pode nos enviar uma mensagem para o número de contato mencionado por nós. O preço face do bilhete é diferente do preço que oferecemos como a taxa de serviço é adicionado.

Ela Train Journey é considerada uma das viagens de trem mais bonitas do mundo. Devido às obras de reparação da pista de trem, agora o trem parte da estação de Ambewela. Que está localizado perto de Nuwaraeliya. Ele cria muito bonito, paisagem verde a partir do momento em que você começa a jornada até chegar ao fim. O trem viaja entre as áreas de colinas / montanhas, fazendas de chá, sobre os rios e cachoeiras, etc. O comboio opera diariamente e o que você recebe é o bilhete de Ambewela para Ella com assentos reservados (número de assento é impresso no bilhete) Os bilhetes serão atribuídos a partir de autocarros reservados de 2a ou 3a classe, dependendo da disponibilidade. Não há muita diferença entre as duas classes, pois ambas vêm com janelas abertas onde você pode desfrutar do melhor da viagem paisagística. Somente os passageiros com assentos reservados podem viajar neste comboio e não passageiros em pé. Portanto, o trem não está ficando lotado como os autocarros com assentos não reservados.

I do not recommend it at all, they left us without tickets. They sent us the tickets the night before and they were wrong. When going to catch the train, they told us that the time was wrong. Finally, we had to get some tickets on our own for second class, and since we hadn't gone with enough time to wait in line because we supposedly already had tickets, we had to stand. Regardless, the trip seemed quite overrated to me. In the end, they gave us a full refund, at least there's that. But the trip standing up (when we specifically wanted to avoid that), the bad time during the trip, and the handling of the refund, no one can take that away from us.

Mahaweli Tours is a reliable company for buying tickets for the train journey to Ella. Nalin van has helped us very well. The contact via Whatsapp went smoothly. We received answers to all our questions within a short time. We received the e-tickets by Whatsapp the night before departure as agreed.
The process is easy, after the purchase they text you in one day. Tickets arrived the day before and the trip went good even if it was in flood days. The communication with Nalin has been easy and professional.
After several days trying to get tickets for the Ella train without success, we found Mahaweli Tours & Holidays and it was the best decision. We want to make a special mention of Nalin, who was always attentive, responding quickly and explaining each step of the process to us with total clarity. Thanks to him we were able to enjoy one of the most anticipated experiences of our trip. It is true that the price is higher than the official one, but in exchange you have the peace of mind of getting the tickets when they seem impossible to find. As a minor detail, we were assigned separate seats, although once inside the train we were able to solve it easily with other passengers. Highly recommended.
They booked reserved tickets for us when these were no longer available in the official site. I assume they track cancellations etc. It's not a cheap service but they were transparent and fair all along the way, and eventually were able to book the tickets for us, which enabled a great experience for us.

Very good Seats reservated third class, beautiful train tour through jungle and tea plantations. A must do tour when you are in Sri Lanka.
