Our driver was very patient and understanding. We had a delay in our fight and then a delay with our bags. He adjusted his schedule to accomodate us. He also gave us a great, comfortable ride.

Family of 5 transfer from EWR to our Times Square hotel. Driver communicated easily through text. The driver was on time, very friendly, and his van was clean. Easy option for families with kids!

Something happened to the reservation, trip advisor had our purchase, but the vendor did not. I could not get either trip advisor or the vendor to fix the problem in a period of 4 hours or get them to garrentee me a transfer to the air port so I finally gave up, cancelled the reservation and book through the hotel. Very disappointed

The pick up at the airport was a success. Kevin our driver waited till my friends went through emirgration and picked up their bags. They arrived in good time to my apartment. Very happy with the service, Thank you!

Driver was not at the airport, a meeting point was given 9.4 km away. After consulting the main office, we were told that they have no booking in the system although payment was done at booking. Money's gone!

Still feels like a new airport. Small and easy to access gates. Love flying in and out of this airport. Not overcrowded and security is a breeze.

Just got off the plane in Newark and was totally lost as how to get into Manhattan. Saw a policeman directing traffic in the middle of the road and he just pointed and showed us the bus. The lovely driver looked at us and asked us did we want seniors so we agreed. That cost us 25$for the two of us and dropped us of I think at either 32 or 34 street
