We had a great time! Jet skis were in great condition. Loved that someone was watching in case we needed something!
It was a great experience. The photos and video were excellent as well.
Gave a 1 because 0 wasn’t an option. Book this excursion months in advance for the 10am session, we would be there on a cruise so that’s the only window that works. The day before I get a text saying that they now can’t accommodate us at the 10 am booking even though it had been planned for months. Ncl stated this company contracts with another cruise line . They will take your reservation but if they sell out to the cruise they cancel you for more money. This company is not to be trusted, stay far away

The Jetski rental from Baja Real was great. We were on a cruise stop in Cabo, they sent a driver to pick us up at the port, short 10 minute drive to the beach. Friendly and honest staff, new equipment, no issues at all. We jumped in a water taxi on the beach to get back to the tender dock. It was simple and a fun excursion.
pretty seamless operation, but they didn't provide the van back to the ship after riding. said we had to wait an hour or could walk. this was after the driver said he would be waiting for us when done.
My daughter and I had a great time. Diego was super kind and helpful. I received a message the day before regarding who was picking us up and what time they would be at the hotel. The jet ski’s were in great shape and lots of fun.
Experience was fantastic, the people were awesome! They treated us great and were very generous with their time to accommodate us! Christopher, Diego, Joel and Jose!!!! Thank you guys!!!
