She was personable, passionate and very informative. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend it!
More than half the group thought this included access to cathedral bypassing the long lines. It did not. There was no tour, just a 30 minute description of the front facade and sides at the meeting point. Buy a book on Notre Dame and save your money.
The guide never showed up and when I called the guides number it said “Your tour to Eifel Tower has been changed. Our tour was for NOTRE DAME. Disappointing doesn’t express the magnitude of our feelings.
We experienced a disappointing situation where the tour group failed to appear at the scheduled meeting point. Despite arriving 30 minutes early at the statue, we did not see a pink flag or any indication of the tour group. We made multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email, but received no response. After waiting for 30 minutes, we decided to visit the cathedral independently and later contacted the company to request a refund. However, the operator refused our request, which we found to be unprofessional.

The tour guide always sends us by Whatsapp a picture of the meeting point (the statue) and the location in direct. We also have an online access to follow the check-in. Liars. They advertised cathedral access, but failed to mention that it wasn’t available during the holy weekend. They refused to issue a refund for their error. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

During the holy week, we only offered the exterior one since the cathedral was not accessible. The product mentions this option and also the voucher. The tour guide (Gabriel) was excellent, he gave us excellent insights into both the history of Notre Dame and the refurb both inside & outside the building. It was crowded but he managed to manoeuvre the crowds very well. Booking the tour also meant no queuing to enter which worked very well as the line was long
The tour guide was great, and the experience was very good, especially because we did not have to wait to get in on a very busy day. My only concern is that the price is to high.
Our guide was clear and concise and had wonderful pictures on her tablet to share with the group. I would highly recommend this tour to others.
