You should have known before we booked that the Notre Dame Cathedral would be closed due to the Pope’s visit to Paris. Very disappointed you didn’t know that or we would have booked a day earlier.
We did not get to use our tickets because the line was extremely long for the reserved tickets. Our tickets were for 1pm and the wait was hiurs long and we had an afternoon appointment elsewhere. I was very disappointed in the lack of truthfulness in the scheduling.
Are you sure you went to the correct line ? The reserved line is 5 mins to enter ….
Denise was very knowledgeable and enjoyable! We learned a lot about the history and reconstruction.
This got us into Notre Dame, bypassing the long lines. There was no guide. Our tickets were emailed to me. We were on our own.

Great tour. Matt was a fantastic tour guide. One the best we ever had. Definitely book this one. It was four hours, which was just e ough time.
Our guide was Arthur, a friendly smiley and very informative and interesting person. We came away knowing lots about Notre Dam that was beyound amazing information. My daughter who wasnt bothered ended up asking questions as she was so fascinated by Arthurs dialogue. The cathedral itsels was bigger and more beautiful inside than I had imagined. Would recommend this tour.

Our guide, James was very knowledgeable about Notre Dame. He really knew the history of the church. He told our group things I was not aware of and gave made the tour fun.
