No Utah Beach, você entrará em um verdadeiro bunker Alemão que agora é um museu de classe mundial. É aqui que botas americanas atingiram pela primeira vez a areia francesa em 6 de junho de 1944. Dentro, você encontrará um dos seis bombardeiros B-26 restantes e ouvirá histórias dos soldados que mudaram a história.
Depois de um almoço leve, é hora da próxima atividade - subindo para o topo de 100 pés de penhascos para detectar crateras históricas de impacto e bunkers de concreto ainda cicatrizados pelo conflito. Os Rangers Aliados escalaram essas faces rochosas sob intenso fogo inimigo para silenciar as posições Alemão. De pé aqui, vento em seu rosto, a coragem desses soldados realmente revive.

The coach was very comfortable (air conditioning kept us cool in the heatwave). Raymond was friendly, knowledgable and was able to relay his knowledge in an enjoyable manner. Highly recommend.

Daniel led a great day long tour through history. His ability to tie the stories of the D-Day invasion, and their accomplishments and sacrifice of those involved, helped bring to life the true magnificence of this world changing event. As the time between D-Day and today increases, generations should continue to remember the sacrifices made for freedom, and Daniel is helping to keep this memory alive.

I noticed some of the other tour buses had water for their customers, but this was a good value. I wish our visit to Utah Beach was longer
