I really enjoyed riding camels! You’ll be able to see the starry sky and make a lot of dinner at night that’s just too filling! A 5000ml can of cold beer costs Rs. 300, but it is not different from Japanese bars, so it is rather cheap.
Very friendly Indians pull the camels. Camel poo looks like a big rabbit poo and is very cute♪ He cooked us a tremendous amount of curry and naan for dinner. The starry sky is also a superb sight not seen in Japan.
It was a very good experience. I did something I could never do in Japan.
We had an amazing tour with two nights sleep in the dessert under a stunning sky. The organisers were super helpful and the guide Babu was fantastic and his camel Michael just amazing. Fell in love directly with the camel
Excellent camel and desert safari. It did exactly what was promised. Non touristic trip stayed away from camps with staged dancing and singing. Visited two settlements; one empty, one not. Slept out on the dunes. Beds fine. Sunset, stars and sunrise did their things. Pick up on time. Good communication from tour organiser and guides. Transport in jeep to the desert with plentiful free bottled water. Camels super sweet. Dinner and breakfast fine. Tour was excellent value for money.
Marvin is a visibly trusting and prudent guide who makes travelling Jaisalmer much easier. He has incredible knowledge of his city and the desert. He also knows the hygienic food needs of tourists. A “must” if you want to stay healthy or how we want to get healthy.
Marvin, our guide and owner of the Travelagency, initially guided us through the city with very profound knowledge. He was extremely caring. On day 2 we set off to start the camel ride through the desert with overnight stay on simple flatbeds under fantastic starry skies. The Last Supper by the campfire was simple but very good. All in all a great experience which we don't want to miss
We had such a great time diving in the Jeep, seeing the oasis, visiting the haunted village, seeing the rural living, riding camels, enjoying dinner, and letting the kids run all over the sand dunes! Marvin and his local crew cooked us dinner, gave us cots and bedding, and shared info about living in the rural desert. Our kids had a blast! No bathrooms so be comfortable digging a sand hole and doing the business. We ride camels both directions and saw a ton of animals. The wild peacocks sang for us and it was really a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
The people are friendly and camel ride into the desert is fun. You really have to come for the desert view and the experience.
Good experience with Marvin, is a good guide who gives you the time to explain everything and answer all the doubts. In the desert we share a rich dinner, drink beer and listen to music. Sleeping is comfortable enough with blankets and bedspreads.
