You cancelled the bus transfer today one hour before departure time due to road construction and now you are asking me how I found the experience? ? ???? I was obliged to return from Pokhara to Katmandu today because tomorrow I have an international flight that I cannot loose so due to your canceling I was obliged to fly to Katmandu and paying a last minute ticket of 100 euros!!!! I at least wait a good refund from your site, not only my bus ticket but also for the flight ticket!!!!

It is not a good experience. Suggest the agent should notify if they can't provide the hotel pick up service. We waited at the hotel lobby and the pick-up car was no-show and the telephone No. given could not be contacted.

The last seats were bouncy on rough road. Overall good vehicle and good ride. Viator is almost double the cost of others. Can consider being more competitive.🙏🤔

Not a luxury coach as ordered. Small and too tight. Very bumpy (bad tyres?) . And I know the nepalese paid a lot less than we. So… pay back time?
