Tried to get a shuttle with a few other companies when we arrived at the airport but they were either full or left a few hours later. Found Vivo Green and noticed their price was better value than some of the others and also was leaving soon. The man also told us we could get a 10% discount if we booked our return with them, so we did. We left a little late because a group had pre-booked the shuttle for this time slot but had not turned up, so the driver tried to wait for them, but eventually we left without them (good to know they do try to wait for you though). Also appreciated that our driver kindly dropped us off at our hotel (Best Western) even though they usually only go to certain stops and we were supposed to be dropped off at Red Carpet Inn nearby. Pick-up was also fine, the driver turned up early which suited us fine since we had also arrived at the stop early. Both drivers were polite and helped us load and unload our bags. Would use this company again to go to and from the airport.

The ride was fine and I enjoyed it. I was charged though in US dollars rather than in Canadian and although I pointed it out, the message was ignored.

Not clear about pick up location. Showed 15 mins early and never saw the shuttle. I contacted them and no response

Van driver was courteous and shuttle was on time. Only drawback was that drop off was quite a ways from our hotel in Banff.

The ride was fine - but I was really disappointed to see that you charged nearly twice what it would have cost to purchase directly from the supplier. I’ve been a long time customer but not sure I’ll use you again.

Prompt and efficient service, however we booked a drop off at our hotel, but were told one day before the journey that there was a surcharge for this, luckily the drop off was only a 7min. walk for us, but could have been a lot further.

Great price, punctual, clean vehicle and polite professional driver. I live in the bow valley and will definitely be using the service to get to Calgary again.
