This was a very enjoyable family day trip. We chose it as we are staying in Toronto without a hire car and it was a convenient way to visit Niagara Falls. It is a long day (9 hours+) and overran, so may not be suitable for younger children (we are a family with teenagers). Plenty of stops and includes the key highlights. There is some time included to buy food or go shopping. Our driver and guide (Haroon) was excellent - very friendly, patient and informative, and good at managing a large group of people (full coach load).

We had an amazing and full day on this trip. It was great to find out how Maple Syrup was made and try some samples. The journey behind the falls was really good. The boat trip was incredible... and very wet! Everything went very smoothly and our guide was excellent and provided us with lots of tips about how to get the best out of our experience. We would highly recommend this trip.

We booked the Airlink day tour to Niagara Falls and it exceeded all our expectations. Pickup was right on time, and our driver/guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the drive enjoyable with great commentary about the region along the way. The itinerary was well-paced — we had plenty of time at the Falls to take in the views, get soaked on the Hornblower boat tour, and explore the surrounding parks without ever feeling rushed. The guide gave excellent recommendations for photo spots and lunch options too. Everything was smooth from start to finish: comfortable vehicle, clear communication, and great value for the price. If you’re looking for a stress-free, well-organized way to see Niagara Falls in a day, I’d highly recommend Airlink. We’ll definitely book with them again on our next visit!
