Marian was an awesome tour guide we got to see everything we wanted and she helped us all get to see the Niagara Falls in good time during peak hours. The falls are beautiful and a must see for anyone. Going earlier than most helped us to use the entire day for multiple different spots along the Niagara parks. Very knowledgeable tour guide (Marian) who took extra lengths to make sure we were all comfortable and cracked jokes and got us there and back and around safely. Thank you!
We did a bus tour with Salvatore which was excellent. He was very knowledgable and really made the day so interesting and fun! We really loved the boat ride to the base of Niagra falls and the maple syrup tasting was a great experience.

Honestly very disappointed Marian is good but trip overall is very disappointing Owner should upgrade the bus (1800 years of manufacture) terrible n uncomfortable seats with blower going on (they call it air conditioning) have some sort of information record on bus. Poor Marian was trying hard for explaining everything while driving (dangerous)
We use the same Ford buses that all bus operators in Canada use. We have a large fleet, and all of our buses are fully up to date with preventive maintenance records and semi-annual safety inspections. All of our buses have upgraded front and rear AC units, and what you are describing as a "blower" is what a bus air-conditioning unit looks like. Marian was not doing anything dangerous - all of our drivers have a hands-free headset. We also have safety monitoring devices installed on every bus that track the drivers' safety performance and alert us to any issues. Marian has an excellent safety record.
Guide was excellent, very bubbly, happy to ask any questions. Pick up was at the exact time that they said. Boat cruise is worth it. Journey behind the falls lets you see the falls from inside.
