It's a great time. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful adventure.. It's not to scary or unsafe..
Not a long wait to get on. You go up for 15 to 20 minutes. You can see both falls, the bridge, the river and a large portion of both sides of the cities, US and Canada.

Great experience, quick and easy process. Need to sign a waiver for everyone going aboard. Parking available next door.

The views of Niagara Falls were breathtaking and unlike anything we’ve ever seen. The staff made us feel safe, comfortable, and excited from start to finish. The balloon itself was so smooth and peaceful once you were up in the air. Perfect for photos, special occasions, or just doing something unforgettable while visiting Niagara Falls. Highly recommend adding this to your bucket list if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Got my confirmation for our excursion in the morning . I had booked this a month ago , asked to move it to today ( May 18 from the 19th) so it looked like a go . We came over from the Canada side . Took 30 minutes to get thru the border crossing . When we arrived at the address we saw 2 employees walking away . Asked if they were sending the ballon up . They said due to wind they couldn’t .I understand safety, what I don’t understand is the confirmation of my excursion that morning confirming. No message telling us about the cancellation!!! It would have been nice to know so we could have planned something else . We are from Delaware and only had 2 days to do things . By the time we found out about this being canceled all the other things we would have liked to do were not available!!! A simple message thru Viator would have been appreciated!!!! They are refunded our money , but it’s our time I would have liked back more !!!
