There wasn't any talk about Vampires except for the fact that The Originals filmed in a couple of the buildings. Voodoo? A shop that was not open at the time of the tour was pointed out to us and we were told to come back when it was open if we wanted to learn more. I'd say it was more of a Historical Tour. Not what we expected.

Our tours are intended to blend the documented history of New Orleans with its ghost stories, vampire legends, voodoo traditions, and folklore, so we are concerned to hear that you felt the vampire and voodoo portions were lacking. Simply pointing out filming locations or suggesting a shop would certainly not provide the depth we intend for those subjects. This was a great tour for the evening in New Orleans. The walking is nice and the tour guide, Catie, was informative with good interpersonal skills. It’s wasn’t just listening to someone who was knowledgeable with no personality. It was a great way to learn about some of New Orleans history.

Okay trip. The guide was great but not a lot of substance to the tour. More stories would make this far more interesting.

While our guide was educated on history There was absolutely very minimal talk of ghosts, zero witches and a smattering of voodoo.
We are glad you recognized your guides history knowledge. There won't be witches topics on a ghost, voodoo and vampire tour, which is what you signed up for. With that said, there most certainly should be ghost stories. Pleasae contact me to let know who your guide was so we can look into this.
And I was a great guide. She did an amazing job explaining the history of the sites we visited without fantasizing about it. She told it how it is.
