Faizan is an amazing tour guide! Had a great time listening to him talk and learning new facts!
We had a fantastic time on the castle tour today with our family! The tour bus was fantastic — modern, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with a great selection of drinks and food. Our driver, Smiley, was incredibly friendly and a wonderful host. He went out of his way to make our kids feel happy and welcome, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. Our tour guide (Felicia) was also exceptional. She was informative, polite, professional, and clearly one of the best employees you have. Her knowledge of the history of the castles was second to none, and she brought the stories and history to life in a really engaging way. We genuinely have no complaints at all. We absolutely loved the tour and would highly recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a memorable and enjoyable day!
We loved this tour. Faizan was incredibly knowledgeable. He kept us entertained with lots of fascinating information that made the bus ride fly by. He took excellent care of us at each stop, making sure we had our tickets to the attractions, that we knew how and where to board shuttles, where to have lunch, where the best souvenirs could be found and how to capture the most scenic pictures. He was pleasant and kind. Very good natured. Our driver, Mr. Senad, was also excellent. We felt we were in very good hands with him behind the wheel. The castles and the small town were all well worth seeing and Faizan pointed out a lot of other notable attractions all along the way.
Faizan was our guide and Senad was our driver. Faizan was very knowledgeable and personable while Senad slowed to allow photos from the clean bus windows. Great experience with fun stops!
Well structured. Lots of information.
Excellent tour with great overview of the Bavarian castles and royal family. Stunning views all bus ride long. Faizan was incredibly knowledgeable and was a great host and tour guide.
Felicia was amazing! She provided some in depth insight on the tour not only about the destination but the sights in between. From Munich to Neuschwanstein she colored our tour with history and insights. She was also very personable and especially showed patience with me as I spoke with her in German. I might add that the driver Alaa was also very professional.
Faisan was an excellent guide and the places we visited were all excellent. Faisan was extremely knowledgeable and the trip well worth it.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed all the places visited and felt the tour was well worth it. It’s especially great to know that Faizan’s extensive knowledge and excellent guidance made the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll be very happy to pass your kind words on to him!
