The arrival at the pickup point is a walking excursion, but when the catamaran arrives, access control is nonexistent; in fact, people who were supposed to be on another boat boarded. Once you are inside the boat, it is a jungle. Although the staff is pleasant, they do not exercise any type of control over what happens there. We paid extra to be able to be on the nets, but people occupy all the space there and no one organizes it. On the other hand, the excursion is to visit Los Cabos and no explanation is given during it about where we are, what is going to be done, or anything... just music at full volume... we probably misinterpreted the goal of the excursion.

Practically no explanations about the area, landscape, ... No information about the schedule, unfortunately. Otherwise recommended.

Very disappointing, not helped by the choppy sea! No English used as advertised, spoke only Spanish which was frustrating as they were obviously talking about where we were and what we were seeing but we had no clue. Tried to get the attention of staff but difficult as we were unable to stand due to the boat swaying so much. There were several people being sick overboard. When we stopped for swimming I wish now I’d not got in the water with my family as it was just dangerous. Snorkelling was a no go, we were in open sea! Trying to get out the water was very difficult and I couldn’t see a member of staff anywhere to support us. They must have know it was a dangerous situation. We were in the water less that 5 minutes and everyone was out the water within 30 minutes. It was a huge disappointment and something we’d really looked forward to. It caused us quite a lot of anxiety.

The trip is very scenic with good views of Denia, Javea and the capes/islands/coves from the sea. the boat had an awning over the seating area which enabled sitting in a breeze without roasting. Drinks & snacks were on sale. The snorkeling/swimming stop was disappointing as the preferred location could not be used, and we had to stay very close to the boat in deeper water with no underwater views. The boat as a whole was clean & tidy apart from the loos which were grubby, poorly maintained and smelly. On the top observation deck there was a constant piped stream of Spanish style "disco" music which the younger locals seemed to like. The boat was comfortable to sail in with the caveat that the catamaran hull design is prone to "hobby horsing " if there is any swell, and those who get seasick may suffer if the sea is less than fairly calm. The trip is not cheap but the views are spectacular if you dont mind the basic nature of the boat.

I felt cheated I hired a catamaran excursion as described in the photo with barbecue and our surprise was a catamaran that was not the one in the photo and the barbecue turned out to be a paella that there was no one to eat it

Really enjoyed this boat trip. Fantastic experience. No planned seating sit where you like. Could have done with a little more description of the scenery areas in English. Small snacks and drinks available to buy on board when stopped. We would use this company again. Thank you.

This was a very disappointing experience. Forget about a peaceful excursion along a stunning coastline. There is bad music playing the entire 4 hours of the trip so if you came to get in touch with the natural setting forget about it. The trip advertises and says it includes 45 minutes of swim/snorkel time. The captain said we had 25. When I asked him about this he yelled at me. His arrogance was only matched by his rudeness. Nothing like paying good money to be scolded and have to listen to crap music. Look elsewhere, this boat trip was TERRIBLE.

I loved it. The best thing was to be able to swim next to the boat, as well as to get to know the beach of Javea better from another perspective and learn at the same time with the information given to us throughout the journey by those of Mundo Marino.

The walk is very nice, the truth is, with spectacular views, if they are not from the sea we could not see them.. It is anchored in a very nice place for us to take the bath and is a fun time The crew guys are very nice to the public. The only hit I'd put is that it costs to get to the boarding point, and it's not indicated where to go, better ask. It is a highly recommended excursion.. Thank you very much

A big ship, we don't all change on the deck. Benches made with protruding planks and tips, uncomfortable bathing by the volume of people... it was an excursion we had made before in another smaller boat and it was a joy... this time it has been horrible. Every year we do some activity with marine world and without problems, but after 4 hours sitting without backup (if you want to go on deck) we will not return....
