Como líderes do setor, sentimos que é nosso dever que todas as nossas atividades sejam conduzidas por profissionais. Nossos passeios com snorkel em peixes-boi são guiados pelo capitão da USCG, bem como por um profissional de mergulho licenciado e segurado. Nossos profissionais na água são treinados como socorristas, com treinamento em primeiros socorros, RCP, administração de DEA e resgate na água. O capitão e os guias também são treinados nos costumes do peixe-boi, por meio da Manatee Eco Tourism Association, em coordenação com o Serviço de Pesca e Vida Selvagem dos Estados Unidos. O treinamento nos permite liderar o setor, realizando os passeios mais seguros na água, tanto para nossos hóspedes quanto para os peixes-boi.

We booked this manatee swim for our daughter's birthday. The small group was definitely the way to go. Our guide, Bri, was very knowledgeable and made sure we followed the laws and guidelines for swimming with manatees. Our boat captain did an amazing job of manuevering around other boats and swimmers in the water. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to something completely out of Bri's control. Some other tour guides did not do as good a job as Bri did in managing their groups and some groups had no regard for the other swimmers in the water. We would definitely do this again!

Well organized and very friendly and knowledgeable guides . Attentive and helpful. Offered warm coffee and chocolate after the swim.
Highly recommend Paddletails with Captain Ross and Aaron, 5mm suits, warm boat, excellent manatee guide, hot cocoa, pictures and videos of your adventure! We couldn’t ask for more!
This was an amazing experience! I love manatees and it did not disappoint. Captain Ross and Captain Ryan were absolutely amazing! I would do this again.

We had the best time with our tour guide Bri and Captain Steve. My husband was so reluctant to even do this, didn’t think he would like it at all, but ended up, loving it. Would definitely recommend this for anyone. The 3 sisters springs were incredible we even saw a blue crab!!!

This tour was the highlight of our vacation! Bri was an incredible guide—super friendly, fun, and full of great info about the manatees! She made us feel comfortable and excited to be in the water. Captain Steve was awesome too with his jokes, and he clearly knew the best spots to go! Their teamwork and hospitality really made this experience special! They even offered coffee and hot chocolate! Highly recommend booking with them!

We had such an amazing time with Bri and Captain John ❤️ we went out a short ways to a cove and learned a little history about the area and then they flew a drone up to see where the sweet potatoe was (manatee) that was a breath taking experience and Bri took some great photos and almost got a sweet potatoe kiss. We then headed o er to experience snorkeling in the most beautiful natural springs area, pretty sister, big sister, and little sister is where all the fresh beautiful turquoise water was and it was amazing 👏 🤩 and when we got out we had manatee mocha it was such a wonderful experience I will definitely be back 😀 🙏

This was cool. Worth laboring into a wetsuit for; that’s the hardest part. We learned a lot and had numerous encounters with these mysterious creatures. Teenage kids were impressed. Casey and Jake are excellent guides, and clearly have deep knowledge and love of the manatees. They’ve been involved in some rescue and rehab work, and we got the benefit of some fun stories. Their boat is nice, and they have a set up to take some good underwater pics. Enjoy!
Thank you for your awesome review and YES the wet suit is the hardest part of the tour yet so worth the struggle! Captain Jake and Diver Casey love sharing their love and knowledge of manatees with everyone. They love manatees so much that they help out rescuing manatees on their time off .We take pride in our company and it shows in our equipment and boats. By having your diver take pictures and videos of your manatee experience makes it even mor memorable. We do hope you come back again to visit us and the manatees in the future.
Great trip, they made sure we saw Manatíes and we didn’t leave until we spend a lot of time with them. Captain and crew were super nice and helpful.
