Was a very awesome tour lots of fun Scott was very knowledgeable and made it fun. The food was amazing!
Our food tour did not disappoint! We visited 5 restaurants/bars each with its own historical or cultural significance. Colleen, our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the area and history and pivoted well because of the crazy heat so we weren’t outside for undue time. We had so much fun. A definite MUST DO when in Nashville. We booked a private tour for 4 and it was perfect.

Be prepared to do a lot of walking inclusive of some inclines. It was an amazing tour with great food!!! Wear some good walking or even running shoes and sunscreen!!!

Hot weather and hot chicken but loved it! Colleen was a fantastic host and guide for showing us around East Nashville. We ate delicious food, learned a lot about the city, and laughed a lot as well. I would highly recommend this tour and Colleen!

The 12 South tour was absolutely amazing! Our Tour Guide, Claire, was very informative and professional. We were hungry when we started and so full when it ended. The breakfast taco from Lady Bird Taco was phenomenal, the best! We also stopped by Edley”s BBQ and tasted the grits casserole and pork taco and both were so delicious, wow! We also stopped at Five Daughters Bakery and tried the mini vanilla cream donut and trust me, this was the best donut we ever had, we aren’t lying. Thank you for the excellent tour experience and delicious food!

Absolutely loved the foods and being introduced to the 12th Avenue shopping district! It did not disappoint! Our hostess, Colleen, was bubbly and friendly. She knows her history and her town. It took about 3+ hours and it was almost too much food 😉. There were a couple of restaurants that she recommended but weren't part of the tour itself, but my daughter and I went back to try them, and OH MY! Colleen took us into several shops and did not make us feel rushed while having a little shopping added into the tour. She made sure to provide restroom breaks. My only request or change would be to offer bottled water at the beginning of the tour or remind people to bring their own. It was in the low 90's and very needed as we were walking around. We really enjoyed our excursion and would ask for her again next time we tour!

Secret Food Tours nailed it with this tour. Every stop was fantastic, and Ben was such a friendly and knowledgeable guide who really made the experience special. The food was all incredible. My only small note: I would have loved a bit more walking between stops…I didn’t finish anything at any of the stops and was still stuffed at the end…and I wasn’t alone . That said, it was still such a fun day exploring East Nashville, and I’d definitely do it again. Highly recommend!
