A unique experience! We really enjoyed the Matatour - it was very informative. The view from the top of the Kenya International Convention Centre was breathtaking. The gallery visit was great - learning about some of Kenya’s leading artists was interesting. The matatu’s windows could have been bigger though.
Fun, immersive, and kids-friendly! Matatu Tour is perfect for tourists and curious Nairobians you will explore the CBD, learn local history, enjoy a matatu experience with this half day activity . If you want to experience the city differently, Matatu Tour is the way to go. We started from Thigiri, crossed the city, explored the CBD on foot, and even visited the KICC tower. The tour is guided and really interesting. Best part? You get to enjoy the CBD without the usual chaos. Highly recommend one of the most enjoyable ways to see Nairobi, and proudly African-owned.
Absolutely amazing experience with Matatour! The whole team was super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to answer all our questions with a smile. You can really feel their passion and energy throughout the tour. It was honestly one of those moments you just have to live when visiting Kenya. On top of that, our guide shared tons of great tips for the rest of our trip, which made our journey even better. Highly recommended, don’t miss it if you’re in Kenya!
