For the price paid the place could have a lot more in museum. You will do everything in like 5 mins and I think there should be more to do for the prices they are chargin
If you suffer from motion sickness you will get a headache. Cause I did. But my Grandbabies enjoyed it.
My 12-year-old son and I enjoyed the experience overall. It was fun reading about how the illusions were created and trying to figure out the various puzzles around the museum. A little disappointing that the staff were not readily available for taking photos nor providing suggestions how to pose for photos. I had been to the Las Vegas museum previously and staff were so helpful and accommodating. I had some really great photos because of their input and assistance. Unfortunately, that was not the case during our Philadelphia trip. This is the main reason I gave it a four instead of a five.

Took about a hour to walk through for photos and doing puzzles. Staff helped with ideas and taking group photos. Very helpful. Little less then $30 a person, but recommend going with at least 1 other person to get full effect of the illusions.

I entered with my wife and a grandchild in March, 2026 A friend had given me a gift certificate which she bought in January or February for two adults and two children. I assumed I’d be able to use the gift certificate for admission for the three of us. Wrong. The people at the desk told me that the gift certificate, which had been bought in January or February, 2026 had been made on their old computer system, and they couldn’t read it or use it in any way. I had to buy tickets for the three of us. I could neither get a refund of the gift certificate, nor get free admission with surrendering of the gift certificate. That is stealing from customers. I called several times. I wrote emails several times. I got no response to any of those attempts at reaching customer service. They have fake customer service.
