Os Emirados Árabes Unidos e a França formaram uma parceria inédita para o intercâmbio cultural, e o destaque disso seria a criação do Louvre Abu Dhabi na Ilha Saadiyat. Great visit! I was particularly captivated by the architecture of Jean Nouvel and the famous 'rain of light' under the dome. It is a soothing and majestic place. The collections are very well presented. I recommend 100%

Terrible. They didn’t send the tickets via the App. Only a voucher. Then they didn’t respond to my message for 3 and a half hours. Now they are saying they can’t refund me. This is extortion.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion. The tickets were sent via the Viator chat system, which delivers them to the email used for the booking. We also note in the app that if there’s any issue opening the file, guests can contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll resend them immediately. Unfortunately, we did not receive a WhatsApp message and do not have access to guests’ phone numbers unless they contact us first. Refunds are subject to Viator’s policy, which we must follow.

Never received the tickets, had to call your desk to receive them , unnecessary hassle, easier to buy tickets at the place

It was alright, I didn’t find it engaging or too enriching, the dome was nice by the ocean, if photography is the objective with dome as the backdrop then definitely worth a visit otherwise I’m not totally sure, although I am a layman when it comes to arts and historical artifacts, to an expert it may hit differently

I had to buy a separate ticket at the counter for the admission the viator qr code wasn't specific and the vendor communication was poor i didn't understand they had to send another voucher which was a hassle
Hello, The Viator QR code is not the entry ticket — we sent the official Louvre tickets separately. It seems the wrong code was scanned.
