Desfrute de um lugar reservado em uma das icônicas tendas de cerveja, como a Paulaner ou a Hofbräu. Sua reserva inclui 2 litros de cerveja e: Almoço: Meio frango assado (opção vegetariana disponível) Jantar: Meio frango assado ou meio pato (opção vegetariana disponível) Atenção: Este não é um passeio guiado pela Oktoberfest. Seu guia o acompanhará do ponto de encontro até a sua mesa reservada na tenda de cerveja e permanecerá no local por 1 a 2 horas para ajudar e responder a perguntas. Não há visita guiada ou passeio a pé pelas instalações da Oktoberfest. Compartilhamento de mesa: Se a reserva for para menos de 10 pessoas, outros clientes poderão se sentar com você. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and honestly don’t understand them. This is the Oktoberfest – a huge festival with thousands of people, music, energy, and noise. It’s not a quiet restaurant visit, and that’s exactly what makes it special. Everything was well organized, the meeting point easy to find, and the guide friendly and helpful. The reservations worked perfectly, and we had a fantastic time. We knew that the evening reservations are more expensive, but it was absolutely worth it. It’s lively, authentic, and exactly what you expect from the biggest folk festival in the world.

It does not deliver what is advertised . No hotel pickup. Meeting point in a gift shop . 2.5 hours Waiting time until we finally sat at the table ! Unfortunately totally overpriced .

Die angegebene Wartezeit von 2,5 Stunden entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Unsere Gäste treffen sich etwa eine Stunde vor Beginn der Tischreservierung, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und pünktlichen Einlass ins Zelt zu gewährleisten. Wenn Sie deutlich früher eingetroffen sind, liegt das leider außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs. Everything worked out great! We were way too late, but that was no problem. The organizer was super flexible and very friendly. Thank you for the great experience.

This tour was a rip off! For six people, $2,100 (i.e. $350/person), you got 3 ea. 14.00 euro coupons totaling 42.00 euros/person. Two coupons for beer and one coupon for food. One beer cost 14.90 euros so you owe 0.90 euros. Also, the roasted chicken (chicken only, no side dishes) was 14 euros so if you got schnitzel at 33 euros, you were short by 19 euros. There was NO communication saying that payment to the beer tent personnel was to be through coupons and the value of the coupons. In addition, the Viator app did not "detail" any of this COUPON information. THIS TOUR WAS A TOTAL FAILURE ON COMMUNICATION.
Thank you for your feedback. Each guest received two beer vouchers and one voucher for half a roast chicken – this is the standard arrangement and clearly stated in our offer. If you choose different or more expensive dishes inside the tent, the prices are clearly shown on the menu, and the difference must be paid directly to the waiter. Please note that the prices are not set by us but exclusively by the respective beer tent. The voucher system is the standard procedure at Oktoberfest and is applied by all tents in the same way. Our guide was on site long enough and available for any questions or assistance. Considering that all services included in the offer were fully provided, describing this experience as a “rip-off” seems unfair in light of the actual circumstances. We still hope you were able to enjoy the unique Oktoberfest atmosphere.
Ridiculous experience. It is absolutely chaotic and disorganized. You would be better off going on your own. You have been warned.
The Oktoberfest is a mass event – it is the largest folk festival in the world, where very large crowds come together. We provided you with everything included: reserved seats, meal vouchers, and a guide. Therefore, we would like to understand exactly what the problem was. Only with specific feedback can we learn from your experience and improve our service in the future. If your concern was about the seating: each table in the beer tent is set up for 10 people. When guests of different sizes share a table, it can sometimes feel a bit tight. However, this seating arrangement is determined by the tent operator and is not something we can influence. When you Fly and you have the same problem, what will you than do?
In Langoiran, in an original 60s decor of the old pmu bar, a warm place offering delicious tapas: perfect egg, chorizo squirrels, light apple panacotta etc.

Horrible, reservations the day before,risk of not having places,and,that places are scattered for children
I don’t quite understand your dissatisfaction, as you received seats together. Your frustration seems to stem only from wanting to sit down in front of the music band instead of taking the safer seats upstairs. It would have been irresponsible to place the children there.
Apparently the meeting time on the Viator Receipt is not the meeting time to go to the event... it's the time to be seated at our table. We arrived late according to the host because the host sent a text the day of event to meet earlier which we never received and he was Rude Rude Rude ! He demanded to see our texting thread and as stated we never received his text to meet earlier. He also demanded to see our receipt with the meeting time. We were on time according to the Viator receipt. Complete Jerk ! Luckily he did not join us for the actual Octoberfest Event inside the beer house which was actually a fun time.

Please, please do not book this tour. Stunned at the poor service, bait & switch onsite, poor communication and exorbitant cost. Don’t believe me? Read the other reviews. Itineraries never sent. Poor placement inside the tent. Instructions not given, resulting in many of our fellow travelers paying out of pocket for costs supposedly already covered. We all work so hard, please save your money and book a similar/exact tour elsewhere. Don’t ruin your otherwise amazing Oktoberfest experience—there are others. I wish we knew.

Der Preis war Ihnen im Voraus bekannt, und während des Oktoberfests ist es äußerst schwierig, Plätze zu bekommen. Warum haben Sie nicht selbst gebucht, wenn Sie mit den Konditionen nicht einverstanden waren? Sie haben alle erforderlichen Unterlagen erhalten – andernfalls hätten Sie gar nicht am Event teilnehmen können. Jeder Gast bekommt zwei Maß Bier und ein halbes Hähnchen. Falls jemand zusätzlich Beilagen bestellt, sind diese nicht im Preis inbegriffen und müssen separat bezahlt werden. Ihr Ärger scheint also nicht auf einem echten Problem zu basieren, sondern lediglich auf falschen Erwartungen.
Scam! Ran into friends at Germany ( who are now locals) and they were at aww at the price I paid. Don’t do what I did and book an evening seat! Tour guy also changed the time of meeting hours earlier on the day of the event which threw my planning way off. Your seat is also not really reserved.. if you get up theres a chance of somebody else taking it. Don’t do what I did, do more research. I was lucky since I ran into friends whom are locals now and they took us under their wings. The fellow locals who do Oktoberfest yearly were laughing on how tourist are paying 4x the price for the reservations. Do more research

As for the time change: Since your reservation began at 4 PM, it was necessary to meet earlier to ensure everything ran smoothly. We informed you of this in advance. All other guests arrived at the meeting point on time, except for you. Regarding the accusation of fraud: Fraud would mean that you did not receive any services, which, according to our records, is not the case. You received all the services you paid for. If you were disappointed, we regret that, but disappointment is not the same as fraud.
