The tour guide was awesome and courteous. The adventure was so fun. I highly recommend and I will do it again

I booked this tour through Viator instead of opting for cruise tour . Got it for much cheaper price and super cool experience. Sunset and whale watching , what an experience 😍
My family and I had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful experience and we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and attentive with lots of drink options. The optional transportation portion and pick up time was a bit confusing so I reached but they were able to answer my question via text the day before. They also described much more detail where to meet them in text which would we nice be in itinerary instructions. The photographer was a bit intrusive at first distracting with constantly taking photos and blocking the view. .She could be more discreet and offer photos only at arch. We got a great fam photo tho. Just some constrctive feedback. Not everyone wants their photo taken..Otherwise I would highly recommend! The trip was a highlight for our family with adult kids.
I didn’t want to leave a review originally but I felt the need to. I was very disappointed that the catamaran was not the one pictured. It was actually very ugly, respectfully. The staff were nice, the drinks kept flowing, just not a fan of the fact it wasn’t the same boat.

Our regular boat had an unexpected mechanical issue that day. As we now clearly state in the tour description, the boat is subject to availability due to maintenance. We always do our best to provide a good alternative. We’re glad you enjoyed the staff, drinks, transportation, and sunset. To make it right, we’ve already issued a 50% refund to your original payment method. We’ve made changes to prevent this from happening again. Overall the trip was only just ok. The staff were great and had excellent customer service. But the boat we took was not the one advertised in the listing/photo. It was much smaller and very very over crowded. The snorkel stop area had no coral and the only reason we saw a few fish is because one of the guests threw some bread in the water. There was a photographer onboard taking photos which I ended up purchasing and the link to download the photos still doesn’t work, over a day later. The staff did a good job at being receptive to the guests, but overall I wouldn’t book this trip again.
It was Beautiful. All the rock formations were a sight more than awesome. Where did they come from.It is a wonder.

Staff was the only highlight. Very kind. Great service. It’s the boat that left tons to be desired. Not grand like expect. Small, scary boat with very limited space to move around. Very dangerous. No good views while on the boat. Once it was time for my side of boat to pass the sights it was night time. Would have appreciated the boat taking turns to view focus points. Would not do again.

Great trip, This boat ride to view the Arches and the various beaches was wonderful. Smooth sailing with unlimited drinks and a tasty lunch of your choice hamburgers, hot dogs or chicken. Plenty of photo ops on board and their photographer took amazing photos, most of which I wasn’t even aware but very grateful for as a solo traveler and purchased them all for a fare price considering there were 19 pictures provided of only me on a usb . She did give me option to email. Everyone was welcoming and the music was fun and entertaining as we danced on deck the way back. The snorkeling was also fun as there were beautiful fish to see everywhere in the calming waters of the ocean and I felt safe at all times. I would highly recommend and plan to come back with my children. I did opt in for pick up from my hotel and pick up and drop off was timely and no issues.
