Mountain Hike & Thermal Springs - tour privado de dia inteiro

Different Valencia took seven of us 50 year old school mates on the two hour hike and springs tour on the first weekend in June. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day from start to finish. I emailed Kevin, the owner, to book directly and he was quick to reply, informative and happy to answer any questions. Howard was our guide and made it a truly great day for us. He was well-informed and the exact correct amount of chattiness - not mute, nor in your face all day, giving us plenty of space to be our own group. Kevin picked us up and dropped us off from/to our accommodation, making life very easy. Other tours can insist you meet in the middle of town, potentially requiring a taxi to get to the meeting point. The drive was just over an hour each way in a perfectly comfortable, air conditioned minivan. The whole pace of the day was spot on and well managed by Kevin, starting with coffee and sun cream in preparation for the day. The largely offroad circular walk was between easy and moderate, winding up and down through forest before arriving at the springs for a relaxing dip. The water wasn't exactly spring temperature, but definitely not UK cold, and quite refreshing after the walk. The springs have changing rooms and a bar for a welcome beer after the swim. After an easy meander through the valley, we elected to go for the tapas in the village instead of packing our own lunch, and we were glad we did - an absolutely delicious selection, and with a small vibe of locals. Lunch wasn't at all rushed, and Kevin had us back on the bus to get us home for 5ish and a dip in the sea. Epic day all round. Thanks to Kevin, Howard and all at Different Valencia.

We had a great trip with Kevin, kayaking was great fun, the location was beautiful and they sent us some photos they took of us on the reservoir afterwards. Great lunch restaurant and stress free trip to the thermal springs (where Kevin kindly sat with our bags while we went swimming!). Highly recommended, thank you so much!

Great day! The hike was stunning—and by “stunning,” I mean it totally kicked our butts in the best way possible. After making it through, we jumped into the thermal springs, which turned out to be colder than expected but so refreshing after the climb. We wrapped things up with lunch at a local restaurant that served up delicious, authentic food. A perfect combo of challenge, recovery, and reward.

Kevin picked us up at a very obvious location, instructions were verily clear and concise. Short drive away to the start of the hike, around 1-1.5 ish hours. Hike was easy, a little bit of uphill, under 4km total. Reward for finishing was a beautiful pool where we were able to swim. Kevin took us to a nice local restaurant afterwards, and was helpful in ordering. Overall a fantastic time!

We went for a tour to see the waterfall, thermal springs and water jet with kevin. Very nice guide excellent driver and very patient especially since we were with our 3 month son. Relaxing day seeing some places we wouldnt have seen on our own in Valencia. High recommend

We had a wonderful day starting with a hike and then a trip to the thermal springs. We had fun jumping off the 3m rock and relaxing in the springs. We also visited the water jet which was refreshing on the hot day and cool to see. Our teenage kids really enjoyed this tour and Kevin, our guide, was great. He provided us information about the region and gave us time to hang our as a family. Kevin picked us up from our hotel in Valencia.

Kevin our guide is an absolute pleasure . Taking a day to explore outside of the city of Valencia was a highlight of our trip,It was like having a personal friend pick you up for a travel day.. We experienced so much beauty along the way .We all loved the thermal springs . The local resturant was fantastic . Don't miss out highly recommend this experience.

The best trip! Kevin was our guide and was fantastic throughout: punctual, attentive and knowledgeable. The scenery during the hike was stunning and Kevin set the pace perfectly and we quickly became fully immersed in nature. There were some slight challenging bits at points walking up / down the gravel tracks ( I didn’t have very good grip on my trainers) however very manageable overall for moderate (+) fitness levels. Equally it left us with a great sense of achievement . The thermal water is a must - don’t be put off by the initial chilliness and go for a swim! - it’s wonderful. A splendid tapas lunch ( or you can take your own food) and finishing with a trip to the remarkable water shoot. I don’t think anyone should visit Valencia without going on this trip with Kevin!

We had a great hike. We loved getting out of the city and having a day in the mountains. Easy ride, great guide, and a wonderful lunch. If we come back we will definitely call Kevin and do another of the hikes he recommends!
