It was a well planned, enjoyable day. The weather definitely plays a part in it. We also couldn’t see Mt Fugi which was a major bummer, but the tour guide can’t control the weather. I guess August is not a great time to view the mount. The stops were a cultural experience and the guide was informative and helpful.

The transport did not come and they did not respond to us through any channel. We missed the visit to Mount Fuji and we have requested a refund for what we paid. The worst part is that we will not go to Mount Fuji, which was what we wanted to visit in Japan

He explained every place to us and, furthermore, he warned us in advance where we had to look so we wouldn't miss the most beautiful scenery. In addition, we were lucky enough to have a perfect day and were able to see Mount Fuji completely clear, which made the experience even more special and unforgettable. Gavin was an excellent driver and guide. We had zero visibility and rain, but he still showed us some great locations and we had some amazing food. Will have to come back in the fall one year to see Fuji-san properly.

The bus tour was amazing I really enjoyed it. Jay did an excellent job from start to finish. Giving us the drop off spot to where he was. To telling us what the stops were and a bit of history behind them. All around the experience was really good
