After a brutal early start, the semi challenging trek up Mt Batur to see the sunrise was well worth it! We had two teenage boys with us who raced ahead up the rocky path, and we were glad it was only about 1.5 hours up to the top. We were served a delicious breakfast and pondered around to see and feel the hot volcanic steam which was a real hit with our group. Aside from the crowds, we were lucky to have a clear sky and a beautiful sunrise! Highly recommend! Our guide Katut made sure we were safe and well looked after, particularly on the slippery slope down! Thanks guys!
Title: Amazing Sunrise Hike with Nengah An incredible experience from start to finish. Nengah was a fantastic guide… friendly, knowledgeable and made the climb enjoyable at a comfortable pace. The sunrise from the summit was absolutely breathtaking and easily one of the highlights of our Bali trip. Had an aweosme time, our guide Iwan was awesome and helped us both up and down thw mountain when we kept falling Our driver Sentana was also awesome, came on time and got us there quickly Views are to die for

My 18 year old daughter & I took the trip. It was great, Mad our guide was excellent & so friendly he made the whole experience brilliant & even helped us on some of the steep & slippery parts. He was also very good at taking pictures & videos for us. Our driver Gede was also very nice & punctual. Everything met our expectations & more. Nothing to improve- shame we didn’t get a good sunrise because of the cloud cover but only the gods can improve that! The walk up is not hard but you do need a reasonable level of fitness as it is steep & good grip trainers or boots. I recommend Layers & long trousers as it gets cold at the top.
Saji gave us an unforgettable experience and something I will never forget , his expertise and knowledge of the mountain and volcano was great and he made sure we were safe at all times , the sunrise on top of the volcano was fantastic and a moment to remember, I recommend this trip to anybody and was well worth getting up for , Thank you
What an amazing experience from start to finish our guide Saji guided us up and down the mountain with great care. He took lots of photographs and the banana sandwich breakfast was lovely. Obviously the view was not to be missed but the star of the show was Saji.
