Really enjoyed this experience!! The driver was super communicative prior to pick up and during drop offs. He was very informative of the city which enabled us to be dropped off at the sites we wanted a closer look at. The driver was very friendly and kind. He drove a comfortable Audi which gave us space to enjoy the ride. We had a map of 27 points of interest, he hit EVERY ONE of them and more!! We finished a little early even. I’m assured of you want to get out and explore each stop of 27 you won’t make it …. But the point is they allow you the opportunity to choose and decide what you’d like to do. Highly recommend this company and tour. It made our 3 days of exploring turn into 1 which enabled us to hit other further away destinations for the remaining days.
Hi, I’m extremely disappointed in your service. So much so that I have canceled all future and existing bookings (Paris $1200)with your company. I specifically inquired about the type of car we would receive. I called and spoke with one of your managers to see if he could remedy the deplorable situation. He insulted me as a customer. At 6’2” and 300lbs we (my twin and myself) under protest squeezed into this tiny car not made for xlarge individuals which is why we requested and was assured a larger car. The pain of this tour was wrenching and painful on my ankles. We had to cut this tour off hours short of what was supposed to be a fun exciting tour. You ruined our trip with your unprofessional, unsatisfactory and unacceptable equipment.I expect nothing less than a full refund on this booking. If I’m not made whole on this I will contact my credit card company to dispute as services not rendered.Thanks in advance!Eric Walker Sr
