We discovered this pretty village in the city with its artists, cabarets, houses, mills and its little streets of Montmartre before arriving at the Sacré Coeur. A visit to Montmartre absolutely awesome! Jill made us discover Montmartre off the beaten track, far from tourist clichés. The tour was totally personalized, rich in anecdotes and history. This was an incredibly wonderful tour of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods on the planet! Jill is an outstanding tour guide, and so fun to be with. We had a private tour of Montmartre on Christmas morning—thank you, Jill, for agreeing to do it on Christmas!—and it was truly the highlight of our week in Paris. We learned so much…saw so much…she highlighted this beautiful neighborhood’s history, street art, art history, food/restaurants/markets, churches…it was an in-depth exploration of an extraordinary place.
