Fantastic, saw multiple whales plus sea lions and huge pod of dolphins. SO WORTH IT! Knowledgeable safety- minded crew. Great experience. I AM SO GLAD I BOOKED THIS!!! We packed along our own sandwiches napkins and water. There were also snacks available on the ship.
What an amazing experience. We saw a group of 6 or 7 humpback whales hunting and eating together for the full 1 1/2 hours. There were also many birds and sea lions that joined them. The best part of my trip with my mom.
Great whale watching tour with Princess Monterey Whake Watching. Nearly 3-hour experience with really expert and terrific crew. We saw a number of whales feeding in a few different spots about 10 miles out. Really cool!
The naturalist gave very good and interesting explanations on sea creatures we saw. We saw humpback whales (even their feedings too!), two kinds of dolphins and sea lions as well. I thought the tour was 1.5 hr long but it took 3 hrs to get back to the harbor because THERE WERE SO MANY WHALES. The captain tried to let us see as many as qe could. My kids loved the experience. The ship is big enough to have a indoor area that my kids can go when it was too cold to be on the deck. I would definitely recommend this tour to other friends.
Amazing to sea hump back whales and sea lions in their home Had a great view from the top deck
The crew was fantastic and knowledgeable. We saw quite a few whales. The boat ride was smooth even though some of the swells were large.
Excellent way to spend a few hours. We saw whales, dolphins, seals, & otters. My 7 yr old daughter had a blast.
Original evening booking was cancelled due to bad weather so I switched to the next morning. Great trip, saw lots of humpback whales and the crew and guides were excellent. Would recommend.
The crew was nice and people on the boat could see whales and seals. However, a lot of other people and I got very seasick on the boat and threw up the whole 3 hours. Some families were lying down together on the floor of the boat threwing up and crying. My husband asked if that was unusual and he was told that in every trip around 25-30% of the passengers get sick. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that it is very common to get VERY sick. It is not about this company, with any of them you will have the same issue so be aware.
Fantastic experience, at least 10 humpback whales seen around the boat at once. The guide was also very enthusiastic. Highly recommended.
