If you’re looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating driver, then Donovan is the man. We travel to Jamaica every year and we normally use buses or other taxis. This year was by far the best travel decision we have made thus far. Will definitely be traveling with Donovan again next year.

After landing at the Montego Bay airport, my wife and I were looking for a taxi and feel so lucky that we happened to meet Donovan. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He was so incredibly pleasant and shared a lot of great information about the area during our 1.5hr drive to Negril that the time flew by. He not only got us to our destination safely but waited to ensure we checked into our hotel successfully before leaving because he wanted to make sure we were ok. We asked if he would be able to take us back to the airport at the end of our trip and he graciously said yes and made the whole experience super easy. He was there promptly in the morning to get us back to the airport and even texted me later in the day to ensure we reached our destination safely. You can tell Donovan takes a lot of pride and cares about his customers. It felt less like a ride from a driver and more like I was getting a ride with a friend and I will be sure to use Donovan in the future when I visit again. If you are visiting the Montego Bay area and need transportation, book with Donovan… you won’t regret it!
