Use a primeira porta à direita no balcão de informações para sair do terminal. Uma vez fora, vire à direita e caminhe em direção ao banheiro. Nosso recepcionista estará atrás da barricada segurando uma placa exibindo TRANSFER E PASSEIOS PARA A ILHA (Não procure seu nome). Depois de identificar o recepcionista, apresente seu ingresso a ele e ele o acompanhará até o passeio. TRANSFER DE PARTIDA/RETORNO - RETIRADA NO HOTEL O serviço de busca no hotel está agendado 2,5 horas antes do horário de partida que você especificou em sua reserva. Uma mensagem será enviada através de sua reserva com o horário exato de retirada. Na data de sua partida, faça o check-out e esteja pronto pelo menos 10 minutos antes desse horário. Encontre seu motorista na entrada do saguão principal, conforme especificado em sua reserva. Os motoristas podem esperar apenas 10 minutos após o horário de coleta determinado.

Everything was right on time. And our driver was great giving us a history of the Island and was extremely friendly and polite

Smooth process throughout the entire experience. Representative was right outside the airport on the location that we were told to meet him. He called the driver who came on 5 mins and helped to load our bags. Driver nest Howard was great and got us to the resort safely. We highly recommend.
